This module provides the background, theories, concepts and principles of management. It also explained about the various organisational characteristics, structure, behaviour and effectiveness of an organisation. Besides that, this module also covers the topic of decision making strategies, team and working group, motivation, leadership and communication concepts and time, human resource and information management. 

This module can lead us to be an efficient and effective management personal.

 

          Our lecturers, Ms. Habizah and Ms. Mariatul Liza always show us some examples during lecture. This can help us more easy to understand the principles which taught by them. Besides that, they provide us with some examples of exam questions to enhance our learning. They want us to discuss the questions in a small group before they explained the answer with us. This enables us to compare our answers and improve next time.

 

          For our mid-term test, we are tested on the background, theories, concepts and principles of management, managerial decision making and strategic decision making. Most of us did quite well for the mid-term test. Lecturer told us overall average of whole class is A and some of our classmates score 100 marks for this exam.
